| There is no subscription fee for using SmritiSevaa and is being made available as a FREE service. You just have to register for this service by providing a few details like your name and e-mail address. Once you are done with this step, you can start using the serivce immediately! |
| Does SmrtiSevaa share my contact details with others? |
| SmrtiSevaa uses your contact details only for their internal purposes and to meet governmental regulatory requirements. SmrtiSevaa values your privacy and will not share your contact information with other users. We will never rent or sell your contact information to third parties for marketing purposes. |
| Can I use SmritiSevaa to send reminders to others for an event they will also be attending? |
| Sure, you can! You need to add your friends as your contacts in SmrtiSevaa, create an event and schedule reminders by e-mail or SMS or both. We would recommend that you choose an appropriate reminder schedule that would help remind them of the event but not too frequently to make it annoying for them. |
| My parents aren't tech savvy but I do think this service would help them a lot. Do they need any special training to start using SmrtiSevaa? |
| Absolutely not! If they have exposure to using computers and are used to accessing their e-mails on the internet, they should be able to use our service easily. It's very simple and intuitive and as such we do not anticipate any special training need to use our service. |
| I am a busy professional with a hectic work schedule and hence may need periodic reminders for tracking an event. Does SmrtiSevaa allow me to get periodic reminders for an event? |
| SmrtiSevaa allows you to set one or more reminders for a particular event. Depending on your need, you could decide on the appropriate frequency of reminder for each event and choose the same while creating the event. |
| My mobile number has changed and I would like to get reminders for my events in my new mobile number. What do I have to do for this? |
| You just have to update your contact details in SmrtiSevaa and save the changes. Once you take care of this aspect, our service will take care of sending reminders to your new mobile number from the next instance of reminder scheduled for you. |
| I am a frequent international traveler. Can I get my reminders even when I travel across the globe? |
| As long as you have access to your e-mail account, you will be able to see your e-mail reminders from SmrtiSevaa. In case of reminders by SMS, currently this facility is available only for mobile numbers within India. If you have an India mobile number and have international roaming activated, you should continue to get your reminders wherever you are traveling. |
| Is it possible for me to change the reminder schedule for my event? |
| Yes, you can easily do so by accessing our service and making the required changes. Remember to save your changes! |
